Mike is a highly experienced financial marketing professional, with over 15 years' in senior UK marketing director and management roles. He has been vice-president and head of marketing at The Bank of New York Financial, and has also held senior marketing and communications roles at UCB, ICL, Woodchester Crédit Lyonnais and Lease Management Services. He has a 'whole brain' approach to business problem solving and strategic planning and provides incisive marketing solutions to the most challenging issues. Mike is a Freeman of The City of London.

John is a highly experienced, award winning Creative Director and has been responsible for building many well-known brands in the UK financial services market.
